You may submit social handles and tagging preferences. Pope Studios may tag the buyer, recipient, organization, or business when appropriate, but tagging is not guaranteed.

Standard delivery is within five business days after a complete intake. A requested date is not guaranteed until Pope Studios confirms it. Complex, group, event, and commercial work may require a separate schedule.
One factual correction is included if Mike misstates a detail you submitted. A new premise, changed occasion, replacement story, different tone, or full creative rewrite is a new scope.
You may cancel for a full refund before scripting begins. Once custom creative work begins, the order is nonrefundable except when Pope Studios cannot fulfill it. Creative differences are not defects; factual errors are handled through the included correction.
