1. Private Mr. Yeser Video — $199
You receive a downloadable finished video and a nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal, noncommercial use. You may text, email, privately display, and post the video on personal social accounts. Pope Studios does not automatically publish a Private order.
Private does not mean a recipient is forbidden from sharing it. It means Pope Studios has not sold public Pope Studios publication as part of the order.
2. Featured Mr. Yeser Video — $299
You receive the same downloadable personal-use file. In addition, you authorize Pope Studios and Disagree LLC to edit, caption, excerpt, publish, promote, and display the finished video and approved submitted material through Pope Studios channels.
Pope Studios decides whether, when, where, and how the video appears. Publication may include TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, the Pope Studios website, or other Pope Studios channels. No platform, posting date, tag, placement, views, reach, engagement, or virality is guaranteed.
3. Group and event videos — starting at $499
The written scope defines the audience, venue, delivery, permitted internal sharing, and whether any public posting is included. A private staff, school, team, banquet, organization, retirement, or family-event license does not automatically include public advertising or commercial promotion.
4. Commercial projects — contact for pricing
Businesses, brands, sponsors, campaigns, agencies, and organizations need a written commercial license. Pricing depends on deliverables, platforms, paid media, duration, territory, audience, editing, approval rounds, commercial rights, category conflicts, exclusivity, and timeline.
No commercial right exists until it is stated in a written proposal, agreement, invoice, or license approved by Pope Studios.
5. Rights you grant for submitted material
You grant Pope Studios the rights reasonably needed to review, store, crop, edit, reproduce, combine, perform, and use submitted names, stories, images, logos, handles, recordings, and other materials to create the purchased work. For a Featured or commercial project, that permission also includes the publication rights stated for the selected offer or agreement.
6. Your authority to submit
You must own the material or have permission to submit and authorize it. You must not provide confidential records, private student information, protected health information, financial credentials, secretly recorded media, stolen files, or a logo or likeness you have no authority to use.
7. People, likenesses, and minors
You represent that you may submit the recipient's and other identifiable people's names, stories, images, and likenesses for the selected use. When a person is under 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian or have appropriate written authority from the parent, guardian, school, team, or organization. Pope Studios may require a separate release before production or publication.
8. Editorial control
Mike Pope controls the final writing and performance of Mr. Yeser. Pope Studios may reject a premise, remove a submitted detail, change wording, shorten a story, avoid naming a person or organization, or choose not to publish material that creates legal, safety, platform, brand, or character concerns.
9. Tagging, attribution, and links
Featured buyers may submit handles and preferences. Pope Studios may tag or credit a buyer, recipient, school, organization, or business when appropriate, but tagging and attribution are not guaranteed. Published links are provided after posting when available.
10. What personal-use buyers may not do
- Run the video as an advertisement or paid promotion.
- Use it to market a company, product, service, campaign, or fundraiser.
- Sell, sublicense, mint, tokenize, or bundle the video for resale.
- Train or fine-tune an artificial-intelligence model on the performance, voice, likeness, script, or character.
- Create a deceptive edit, false endorsement, or derivative Mr. Yeser product.
- Remove ownership notices or claim authorship of Mike Pope's performance or Pope Studios' work.
11. Removal and revocation requests
A Featured publication permission is part of the purchased service and is not automatically revocable after production. Pope Studios will consider reasonable removal requests involving safety, privacy, changed authority, or material harm. Removal from Pope Studios channels cannot erase copies, shares, downloads, search results, embeds, or third-party reposts already outside Pope Studios' control.
12. Pope Studios ownership
Pope Studios and Disagree LLC retain the copyright and all underlying rights in the finished creative work, Mike Pope's performance, Mr. Yeser, scripts, formats, branding, raw footage, project files, unused concepts, and production methods. Your purchase grants the stated license; it does not transfer those assets or the character.
13. Ask before assuming
If your intended use involves a business, organization, school, sponsor, paid audience, fundraising, advertising, media placement, political activity, or anything beyond ordinary personal sharing, contact Pope Studios before using the work.
