Privacy Policy

We collect what the work requires.

This policy explains how Disagree LLC, operating as Pope Studios, handles information from website visitors, buyers, recipients, form submissions, and project contacts.

Effective July 29, 2026 · Last updated July 29, 2026

1. Information Pope Studios collects

  • Contact information such as name, email, phone number, organization, and social handles.
  • Order information such as product, amount, payment status, Stripe identifiers, and buyer email.
  • Creative-intake information such as recipient details, stories, pronunciation, occasion, deadlines, topics, boundaries, images, logos, links, and permission confirmations.
  • Business-inquiry information such as project goals, audience, scope, quantity, platforms, budget context, timeline, and commercial-rights needs.
  • Limited technical and analytics information such as page, referrer, campaign parameters, conversion event, browser session identifiers, and approximate request metadata.
  • Communications and support information you send by email, form, WhatsApp, or another approved channel.

2. Payment information

Stripe processes payment-card and other payment-method information. Pope Studios does not receive or store full card numbers, security codes, or bank credentials. Pope Studios receives the order and payment information needed to confirm, fulfill, account for, support, or refund a transaction.

3. How information is used

  • Process orders, match payments to intakes, produce and deliver custom work.
  • Communicate about clarification, scheduling, progress, corrections, publication, and delivery.
  • Evaluate permissions, safety, content restrictions, and the appropriate usage license.
  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes, proposals, invoices, or partnership discussions.
  • Operate, secure, test, measure, and improve the website and sales process.
  • Maintain business records, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
  • Publish Featured work only under the applicable permission and editorial terms.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Pope Studios uses service providers for payments, website hosting, forms, email, file delivery, analytics, social publishing, bookkeeping, and business operations. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and handle it under their own terms and privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce an agreement, complete a business transaction, or defend legal rights. Pope Studios does not sell personal information.

5. Public and Featured content

Information included in a published Featured video may become public, searchable, shareable, downloadable, or copied by others. Pope Studios limits publication to the approved creative material and applies its editorial judgment, but cannot control what third parties do after content is published on the internet.

6. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The site may use browser storage, campaign parameters, and limited analytics to understand visits and conversion actions. Pope Studios avoids collecting form-message content in analytics. Third-party embeds, including video and payment services, may set or read their own cookies or identifiers under their policies.

7. Retention

Pope Studios keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for production, delivery, customer support, permission records, accounting, tax, dispute prevention, legal compliance, and legitimate business history. Unused sensitive creative material may be deleted earlier when practical. Public Featured content and its permission record may be retained while the content remains published or while needed to document authorized use.

8. Security

Pope Studios uses reasonable administrative, technical, and practical safeguards appropriate to a small creative business. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, financial-account credentials, school records, private student data, or other information not needed to create the work.

9. Minors

The purchasing and inquiry services are intended for adults. A buyer submitting information about a minor must be the parent or legal guardian or have appropriate authority from the parent, guardian, school, team, or organization. Pope Studios may request proof, remove material, or decline a project when authority is unclear.

10. Your choices and requests

You may ask Pope Studios to correct contact information, explain the information associated with an order, stop nonessential marketing, or delete material that is no longer reasonably required. Some records must be retained for payment, permission, legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.

11. External links and services

Pope Studios links to Amazon, Stripe, social networks, WhatsApp, video platforms, and other services. Their privacy practices govern activity on their properties. Pope Studios is not responsible for external-site content or practices.

12. Changes and contact

Pope Studios may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions or requests should be sent through the contact information on Pope Studios with enough detail to identify the relevant order or submission.
