Why the character works
Mr. Yeser sounds like he has been in the meeting.
Mike spent eight years teaching and fourteen years in school administration. He sat in classrooms, parent meetings, leadership teams, evaluation conferences, professional development sessions, youth-sports conversations, and more committees than a human life should contain.
Mr. Yeser came from recognizing a pattern: many systems become funniest when nobody argues with them. He accepts every premise, supports every impossible expectation, and keeps helping until the contradiction explains itself.
Mike writes the books the same way he performs the videos—calm, specific, clean, and familiar enough that readers immediately know which coworker, parent, teacher, coach, relative, or hobbyist needs it.
